EasyPack disposable plastic catering trays come with a clear OPS lid over a PS base, in round and square shapes from 11 to 18 inches. The 15 to 18 inch platters work well for buffet and party spreads, where one platter needs to hold multiple portions across the table. The 6 and 7-compartment options keep different foods separate on a single tray, useful for appetizer assortments and mixed catering setups.
The clear lid lets guests and customers see the food without having to lift it, which works well for self-service displays, catered events, and retail deli sections where presentation drives purchasing.
