Each tray comes with a matching lid that has an anti-fog coating on the inside. This keeps condensation from building up on the cover, which matters in refrigerated retail environments where a fogged lid makes the contents look less fresh. The trays are also designed to stack without shifting, which helps with supermarket shelf organization and reduces damage during transport.
